gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a highly regarded estate planning practice in Boston to identify an experienced Trust and Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney looking for long-term growth in a collaborative, well-established environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on estate planning strategies and wealth transfer
  • Handling estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings
  • Collaborating with clients on charitable planning, business succession, and tax mitigation
  • Reviewing and preparing fiduciary income tax, gift tax, and estate tax filings

Ideal Candidate :

  • 3+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with direct client interaction and managing client relationships
  • Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
