Job description

About the Company - Rivercity Insurance And Financial Services is looking for dedicated Life Insurance Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to join our growing team. Enjoy the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours while making a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Responsibilities -

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance needs.
  • Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.
  • Thrive in a lead-driven environment with NO COLD CALLING!

Required Skills -

  • Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Commission-based compensation (1099).
  • Access to complimentary training to help you succeed.
