Guest Services Representative / Front Desk

As a Guest Services Representative, your shift will include a variety of responsibilities all focused on providing top-tier service :
Guest Interaction
- Warmly welcome and greet guests.
- Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Accurately record all room, tax, My Store, and pet fee charges according to hotel policy.
Guest Assistance
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nearby churches.Assist guests with questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and care.Telephone & Communication
Operate the phone system using proper etiquette.Take and transfer calls, and accurately record messages.Financial Transactions
Complete credit card authorizations.Handle cash transactions with accuracy and provide change when needed.Administrative Duties
Maintain organized daily activity logs, including cash and call logs.Keep the Front Desk Log updated.Report any guest, maintenance, or front desk issues to the General Manager.Safety & Security
Follow all hotel safety and security policies.Routinely inspect the property, including hallways, stairwells, entrances, outdoor lighting, and exterior doors.Loyalty Program Promotion
Actively promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.Cleaning & Upkeep
Assist with laundry : washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.Clean and sanitize common areas.Stock supplies, make coffee, and maintain the coffee bar.Keep entrances and sidewalks clear of snow and ice.Support Services
Deliver guest supplies (e.g., cribs, towels, toiletries).Issue and track master keys and key cards for housekeeping and maintenance.Housekeeping Assistance
Support housekeeping by cleaning guest rooms when occupancy is high or staffing is limited.What We're Looking For
