AC Wellness Network LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. and is the dedicated management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley. The MSO is looking for an extraordinary engineering project manager capable of leading multiple project initiatives of varying scale, complexity, and focus. Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) are responsible for working with our software development, data science, AIML, and multi-functional teams to craft technical project plans and coordinate the execution against the Plan of Record from concept to launch. EPMs facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management. In addition, they drive day-to-day program activities, system build planning, execution and risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, technical or AI / ML project management, ability to balance effort across multiple projects, and collaboratively drive work forward.
Description
In this role, you will lead AI / ML and software projects for Health with multi-functional partners ranging from Design, Hardware, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, Regulatory, and Clinical organizations. You will be responsible for the product and project development cycle by looking for patterns, offering standard methodologies, and implementing change to ensure tight coordination and communication. You will develop technical project plans and roadmaps for software and products; scope, define, and track development schedules and deliverables. You will also identify and prioritize project tasks, interdependencies, and risks. Additional responsibilities include delivering executive communication and presentations and driving the decision-making process. You will identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently; and run retrospectives to identify and implement process improvements. This is a site-based role.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
