Senior Software Engineer - Remote

As a key member of our Shared Services team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our platform services. This includes developing vital systems such as our authentication service and notification service for customer communications. We're seeking passionate engineers who prioritize customer needs and aim to improve the security, availability, and resilience of our platform.

Your Daily Responsibilities :

• Boost developer productivity through the creation of shared libraries, internal tools, and platform services.
• Design and build secure, scalable systems tailored to user and customer needs.
• Write clean, maintainable code that facilitates easy observability.
• Uphold high code quality standards through rigorous code reviews.
• Mentorship : Help elevate the capabilities of fellow engineers within the team.
• Work collaboratively to set and maintain high engineering standards.
• Own the service lifecycle from architecture to deployment and support.
• Consistently improve our engineering tools, infrastructure, and deployment processes.

Our Core Values :

Compensation : The base salary for this position ranges from $185,000 - $220,000, depending on your location, skills, and experience. This range represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to the maximum in our highest. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive rewards package, including potential bonuses and equity.
