Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the full-cycle recruiting process and strategy to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences
Manage requisitions during high volume and partner with the executive team to fill senior leadership roles
Develop and execute strategies for diversity in hiring and manage the global Contractor Program
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent roles
2+ years of management experience in a People / HR function
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Strong project management skills in designing and executing people programs
Expertise in streamlining People processes and leveraging technology for efficiency
