In this dual role, you'll be the go-to person for everything people-related from onboarding new team members and celebrating milestones to ensuring everyone gets paid accurately and on time (we know that's everyone's favorite part!).

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily HR and payroll operations for our skilled nursing facility.
• Manage employee records, benefits, onboarding, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Process bi-weekly payroll, verify hours, and support department managers with scheduling accuracy.
• Support recruitment efforts because finding and keeping amazing caregivers is key to our mission.
• Be a trusted partner for staff and leadership offering guidance, resolving concerns, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Assist with performance reviews and employee engagement programs that make Buckeye a workplace people love.
