The Position
We have a great opportunity for a Manager of Corporate Tax in our Lewisville Corporate office. This is a 100+ year-old Company with an extremely bright future ahead.
See what it's all about! This position drives the tax compliance process for a multinational corporation. The role develops and maintains interdepartmental relationships and works closely with the Tax Director and Corporate Controller to complete the ASC 740 income tax provision, manage federal and state audits, and evaluate acquisition targets.
The position will report to the Tax Director.

- Facilitating the timely filing of all income, franchise, property, sales, and use tax returns
- Manage income and sales / use tax audits
- Review ASC 740 income tax provision
- Maintain and foster relationships with external service providers
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets and advise management on tax ramifications of the transaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of four to six years public accounting experience in tax
- Experience with OneSource Tax Software (Go Systems equivalent)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- CPA candidate preferred
