🔧 What You'll Do :

As our Service Technician , you will report to the Community Manager and play a key role in maintaining the property through :

Responding to service requests quickly and professionally

Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize future issues

Handling pool care , groundskeeping , and landscaping tasks

Completing turnkey (make-ready) duties for new residents

Managing repairs for HVAC , appliances , plumbing , electrical systems , and more

Assisting with emergency maintenance when on-call

✅ What We're Looking For :

HVAC or EPA Certification - Required

Pool operation and maintenance experience - Preferred

Minimum of 2 years of related experience - Preferred

Strong working knowledge of :

HVAC troubleshooting and repair

Appliance repair

Electrical and mechanical systems

Plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, and general maintenance

Must be available to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours service

💪 Physical Requirements :

Able to lift up to 75 lbs

Must be able to bend, twist, kneel , and reach in confined areas

Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions
