Bar Manager

FOLK is currently hiring an experienced Bar Manager that is proactive, dependable, and creative.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Hiring and training bar staff
• Ordering liquor and beer
• Control COGS
• Inventory
• Educating FOH staff
• Design and execute seasonal cocktail menus
• Work behind the bar 3-4 shifts a week
• Help create social media content
• Assist FOH management with closing duties

Experience in Bar Management is required.
