Job Title : Functional Consultant – OTL & Payroll

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge with some technical exposure to support implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities :

• Lead functional analysis, design, and configuration for OTL and Payroll modules.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams to validate reports, integrations, and extensions.
• Perform end-to-end testing, including UAT and regression testing.
• Support post-production activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Document system setups, business processes, and solutions.
