Empath Personal Care a part of Empath Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personalized care to clients in their homes across Port Charlotte Venice and North Port . What Youll Do

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities in patients homes.
• Support clients comfort dignity and independence through individualized care.
• Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to clinical staff.
• Travel within the assigned service area to deliver care as scheduled.

What Youll Need

PRN Commitment : 48 hours per month and at least two weekend shifts per month. No experience No problem!
