Job Summary

Youll play a key role in driving sales, strengthening client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating an exciting and fulfilling work experience.

A Day in the Life :

  • Start Strong : Review project leads, plan your meetings, and follow up with high-potential clients.
  • Close Deals : Meet with homeowners to present siding options, then prepare and send a proposal. Follow up to address questions and close the deal.
  • Drive Sales : Follow up on leads, nurture client relationships, and generate referral business.
  • Overcome Objections : Address concerns confidently, educate clients, and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Finish Strong : Evaluate your sales pipeline, track progress, and strategize to exceed your targets.

    • This role is for proven sales professionals who know how to sell and thrive in a fast-moving, commission-driven environment. If you're ready to maximize your income and grow your career in the home improvement industry, we want you on our team!

    Qualifications

  • Sales Experience : Experience in sales, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Tech-savvy : Comfortable using different software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.
  • Problem-solving ability : Skilled at handling client concerns and questions while delivering quick, practical solutions.

    • Requirements

  • Availability Monday through Saturday.
  • Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
  • Valid drivers license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation for client visits
