Krones AG is hiring remote Russian-speaking support agents in New York. Help customers from home with simple tasks — no advanced English needed. We provide full training. U.S. candidates only.
Key Functions :
- Respond to customer messages
- Assist with basic questions
- Update client records
- Follow simple scripts
- Use translation tools if needed
- Report common issues
- Log interactions in the system
