Manager of Risk Operations

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk Operations (Earnings & Rebates).

Key Responsibilities

Identify emerging fraud and abuse risks, designing and optimizing policies, rules, and controls

Conduct investigations into complex abuse patterns, including multi-account farming and partner exploitation

Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and loss metrics related to earnings and rebates risk

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, with at least 2 years focused on earnings, rebates, or incentive abuse

2+ years of people management or team leadership experience

Proficiency in data exploration using SQL and / or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, or Finance on risk policy or control design

Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
