Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from last 3 years.

Additional Details :

Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.

Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling : weekends only, block scheduling, etc.

Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes : Thanksgiving (11 / 28 - 11 / 29), Christmas (12 / 24-12 / 25), and New Years (12 / 31-1 / 1).

Cath Lab experience required. Structural Heart experience, Scrubbing desired

Nursys required.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

Maximum days off : 7 days
