The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining the bar area, and engaging with guests at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Interact with guests at the bar, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic supplies.
• Ensure the bar area, glassware, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle cash and credit transactions at the bar.
• Adhere to all local and state laws regarding alcohol service, including checking IDs.
• Assist servers by preparing drinks for the dining room.
