Description

Physician must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with a minimum of 1 year of experience in. Physician will be responsible for providing primary care to all patients. Shift is Monday through Friday 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the US
• Current DEA License
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
