Coding Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Coding.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the point of contact for clients, coders, and stakeholders

Manage on and offshore coding resources, including payroll and task assignments

Monitor employee efficiency to maintain SLAs and assist in developing coding services

Required Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of coding and revenue cycle management services

Experience in managing and mentoring coding staff

Proven ability to oversee coding quality reviews and operational changes

Experience in preparing and presenting business status reports

Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
