Billing Manager

Job Title

Manage global billing operations across India, Costa Rica, the UK, and the U.S., overseeing a team of 7 associates in India and 2 in the US. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing using multiple systems including PeopleSoft and Salesforce. Responsibilities include :

• Interpret contracts and billing data to generate invoices
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes across all regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant invoicing
• Handle recurring, tiered, and portal-based billing (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
• Manage PO tracking, invoice delivery, and scheduling
• Collaborate with collections and cash applications teams
• Perform variance analysis and revenue reporting
• Monitor team KPIs, error rates, and request volumes
• Lead month-end reporting and resolve billing discrepancies
