Overview

Senior Lead UI Developer – Jersey City, NJ / Coppell, TX / Tampa, FL (Hybrid Role – 2 or 3 days onsite per week).

The UI / UX lead role specializes in planning, developing, and testing user interfaces and user experience components for all products, platforms, solutions, and tools for the firm. Responsible for creating and maintaining UI development best practices, guidance material around versioning strategy, component migration, and capability adoption. Performs technical review of proposed design and product changes for feasibility, integration with existing technical architectures and systems, and alignment with desired user experience and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Join and lead the team of developers to raise component reusability awareness and train developers from project teams across the enterprise.
• Provide ongoing guidance and governance to project teams adopting reusable development assets.
• Partner with UI / UX designers on the team to deliver high-quality development assets.
• Create, update, document, and enhance reusable components; create dev-ready page templates based on finalized designs.
• Support adoption of reusable components and page templates across multiple project teams across the enterprise.
