is currently seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer - Advanced

for an opportunity in Tampa FL !

Position Title : Full Stack Developer Advanced

Location : Tampa FL

Anticipated Start Date : 01 / 012026

Expected Duration : 6 Months

Job Type : Contract to hire, Onsite

Pay Range : 60$ / hr -65$ / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements :

Design and build scalable, resilient, and secure systems using Java to support continuous improvement across product teams.

Develop end-to-end software solutions, including coding, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.

Produce high-quality, production-ready code and maintain complex algorithms that operate in coordination with various systems.

Create and contribute to architectural and design documentation, ensuring development aligns with design constraints.

Collect, analyze, and visualize large and diverse datasets to identify trends, optimize system architecture, and improve coding practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering with

5+ years of hands-on experience .

Advanced programming expertise in

Java

with strong knowledge of

Spring, Hibernate, JMS, Spring Boot , and related frameworks.

Proficiency in

Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) , including design principles and design patterns.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting complex applications.

Practical experience in

system design ,

application development ,

testing , and

operational stability .

Prior experience building, maintaining, and debugging software in a large corporate environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with

modern front-end technologies .

Experience working with

AWS cloud services .

Knowledge of

SQL / Oracle

databases.

Exposure to

AI / ML concepts .
