We are seeking a Permanent Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Go, Python, and React for a leading role in our Tech Services team. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision, with the ability to drive our software development initiatives to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, API, Startup, LLM's, Vector Search Systems, Consulting Software, and Govcon experience. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development and engineering.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Go, Python, and React.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Work with AWS cloud services to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.

4. Develop and maintain APIs for integration with other systems.

5. Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

6. Provide technical leadership and contribute to the evolution of our software architecture.

7. Drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.

8. Contribute to the startup ecosystem by developing innovative solutions for complex problems.

9. Utilize LLM's and Vector Search Systems in software development and consulting.

10. Leverage Govcon experience to navigate government contracts and regulations.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Go, Python, and React.

3. Proven experience with AWS, API, Startup, LLM's, Vector Search Systems, Consulting Software, and Govcon experience.

4. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.

5. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

8. Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system / software development projects in a structured environment.

9. Experience in a consulting role, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

10. Experience working with government contracts and familiarity with the associated regulations and requirements.

11. A passion for technology and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the software industry.
