The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide strategic legal support to Jabils Procurement and Supply Chain Services business unit as well as to senior members of the Legal Department. This role will focus primarily on drafting reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts with a strong emphasis on aligning legal outcomes with business goals and risk management priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders delivering practical solutions-oriented legal guidance that supports operational efficiency compliance and sustainable growth in a dynamic global environment.
Review draft and redline a variety of commercial contracts in accordance with approved risk profiles and company policies.
Provide practical business-oriented legal advice and effectively identify assess and escalate legal and commercial risks as appropriate.
Manage assigned matters and projects with a high degree of independence demonstrating sound judgment and professional presence in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Work on projects of increasing complexity providing legal advice to business clients as required and under the supervision of the Associate General Counsel.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Legal Department to enhance efficiency consistency and risk management
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Reports to Associate General Counsel.
Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g. hiring / termination and / or pay decisions performance management).
Excellent oral and written communication good judgement strong interpersonal skills demonstrate ability to work in a changing fast paced and energetic environment. An ability to communicate well with both lawyers and non-lawyers including employees at all levels seekingadvice.

Minimum 5 years of legal experience or an equivalent combination of education training or experience.
Graduate of an ABA accredited law school member of a bar in good standing eligible to practice law in Florida.
