Who We're Looking For :

A true team player with DIRECT real estate experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A real estate license is preferred but not required -however, if you don't have your license, it will be a requirement to obtain it ASAP after being hired. We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to staying on top of everything so our deals run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support across multiple companies, with a primary focus on Better Files Real Estate Resources.
  • Manage transaction coordination for real estate deals, ensuring that all paperwork, timelines, and client communications are handled efficiently.
  • Oversee and assist with email communications, scheduling, and follow-ups to keep all transactions on track.
  • Opening escrow ensuring all required documents are submitted and processed promptly.
  • Communicate and collaborate with agents, lenders, title officers, and clients to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Utilize Slack for screen-sharing and team collaboration to stay aligned with team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Real estate experience is a MUST. (Transaction Coordination, Escrow, or Agent Support experience preferred.)
  • A real estate license is preferred -If not licensed, you must commit to obtaining one ASAP.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work long hours and commit to a role that requires full dedication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy : Comfortable using Slack, Google Suite, CRM software, and transaction management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected and aligned with the team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to go the extra mile.
