includes tasks like rent collection, maintenance, and addressing tenant concerns. They
also play a crucial role in financial management, leasing, and ensuring compliance
with laws and regulations.

Education and Experience

Travel Requirements
Travel primarily in Pasadena and surrounding areas, including visiting the corporate office. Prefer candidate who possess and maintains a valid California driver’s license, insurance as required by law and an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements
Resident Manager must be able to physically walk and survey and inspect the properties daily. Will be exposed to outdoor elements. Must be able to lift, push and / or pull up to 50 pounds. Must be able to push and maneuver trash bins / cans. Will be exposed to bending, kneeling, crouching, using tools or ladders.

The compensation is $18.00 an hour. The Part- Time Resident Manager is eligible for
