Schedule / Availability Requirements : - 12 / 21 / 24 - 12 / 31 / 24; - 7a - 7a10 days per month in Jan, Feb, March - Weekend Call would be Friday - Monday at 7 or 8a. - Clinic full days are typically 9a- 5p - For 1 / 2 day clinics : 9a-12p or 1p-5p. - Provider must be able to be on-site within 30 minutes for emergency responses.
