Job description

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships with global enterprise brands, ensuring trust and partnership growth

Analyze client data to provide strategic recommendations and identify upsell opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to align client objectives with company strategies and report on client performance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS

Proven experience with large global enterprise clients and managing high-stakes partnerships

Experience meeting assigned Sales or Revenue targets

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive decision-making

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
