Practice Setting :

• 40-bed freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facility constructed in 2021
• Join a team of 4 physicians, including 1 PM&R Medical Director, and 3 supporting Hospitalists
• Tenured nursing staff, and an expert team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists
• 2 ISO suites, 2 Bariatric suites, an ADL suite, dialysis on-site, a centralized nurses station, a state-of-the-art therapy gym, an outside courtyard, and a therapy garden
