Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Ability to meet schedule requirements including Fridays, Mondays, weekends, and holidays.Training & Skills :

Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process according to established standards, policies, and procedures. You will use evidence-based practices and skilled communication to ensure the safest patient environment and the best patient experience throughout the healthcare continuum.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Assessing patient needs and planning individualized interventionsCollaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate patient-centered careTaking initiative in patient safety and quality improvementParticipating in professional development activitiesLicenses & Certifications : Must possess a state-issued Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
Required Experience : At least 1 year in clinical nursing.
Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
