Clinic Location : Louisville, Kentucky (Hillview Clinic - 170 Dr Arla Way Louisville, Kentucky 40229)

Salary : $78,000 - $95,000 / Year

    • Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of Kentucky
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
