RN Weekend Supervisor Salary is based upon years of experience in Nursing. We also offer Shift Differential Pay!

Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor for our 60 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Virginia Beach .

RN Weekend Supervisor Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• The Weekend shift - Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON's absence on the weekend shift.
• The Weekend shift - Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs.
• Completes patient care rounds.
• Coordinates admissions, transfers and / or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation.
• Assists in orientation of weekend shift employees.
• Supervises and evaluates day and evening shift employees.

Qualified candidates will be a licensed Registered Nurse and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse as well as experience in acute setting. Supervisory experience a plus.
