BUILD YOUR OWN AGENCY!

  • This is a 100% COMMISSION ONLY position The EA Agency protects families with term life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, and debt elimination by utilizing our proprietary technology and sales process.

There is no cold calling , our clients fill out a form requesting information and our assistance.

As a field underwriter, you will call to set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with them in their home or via video to help them apply for the coverage.This is a unique opportunity to truly control your time, maintain that work life balance while establishing a financial legacy for your family.

Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling Your Own Appointments From Clients Who Requested To Be Called - Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business - Generate new business through our leads and referrals - BUILD YOUR OWN AGENCY - Process payments and service pre-existing clients (veteran agent’s only) - Follow A Sales Process Designed To Make Closing Simple Requirements : Characteristics we ARE looking for : - WE ARE LOOKING FOR LICENSED AGENTS ONLY (We will help you get licensed) -  Self-Motivated and Goal Oriented - Disciplined and Driven to Improve - Believe in and Align themselves with our Core Values - High level of Consistency and Coachable - Humble and willing to Learn EA Agency | Regional Sales Manager No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected.
