Senior Associate, Paid Search

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Paid Search to join Snap Inc.'s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. This role will lead the execution of SEM campaigns aimed at acquiring advertisers and driving revenue in priority SMC segments. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with direct experience in running global campaigns and tracking to business goals, including monthly active users / advertisers and ROAS, in a B2B environment.
What You'll Do :
- Lead the execution of Google Ads and Bing Ads SEM campaigns across key global markets
- Conduct keyword research and ad type, bidding, and ad copy optimizations to continuously improve CVR and CPA and maximize ROAS
- Execute A / B experiments to test landing pages, platform features, ad copy, etc., driving performance improvements
- Identify opportunities for market and platform expansion, and lead expansion efforts
- Partner with CRO, SEO, Content / Creative, and Data Science to ensure the alignment of SEM efforts with overall SMC marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date on SEM industry trends, evolving AI landscape, technical updates, and best practices to drive innovation
- Manage quarterly and channel SEM budgets effectively and efficiently
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong understanding of SEM principles, techniques, and best practices, as well as digital marketing KPIsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisionsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and comfort with ambiguityDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, projects, etc., simultaneouslyEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation in SEM strategies and tacticsMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience5+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably at a tech company or digital agencyPreferred Qualifications :
Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance goals through SEM initiativesAdvanced understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platformsStrong analytical skills and comfort with Microsoft ExcelExperience with conversion pixels, tag management tools, and server to server integrationsExperience in B2B marketingExperience executing global SEM campaignsFamiliarity with conversion tracking and tag managementFamiliarity with other paid media digital channels (e.g. video, display, social media, etc.)Passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity!
