Were hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to treat patients with chronic lymphedema in their homes. This role is not a traditional home health setting; youll provide structured, focused therapy within a proven chronic disease management model. Clinicians receive mentorship, zone-based scheduling, and opportunities to advance through the Clinical Ladder Program.

What Youll Do

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under OT supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Complete documentation using Pariox (extra paid time for point-of-care notes)
• Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing clinical development
