A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HYBRID ASSISTANT - PLUMBING DISPATCHER

In this important role, your primary responsibility will be to manage the scheduling and coordination of incoming service calls. You will create and assign dispatch tickets, ensuring technicians are dispatched based on skill set and location. Throughout the day, you will update and maintain the dispatch board, forecast workloads 2 to 3 days in advance, and follow up on pending or recommended work. Additionally, you will assist with managing maintenance agreements, processing purchase orders, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with the team to ensure efficient technician coverage and accurate service completion.
