The Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related services across North Carolina. What You’ll Do

Clinical Supervision & Quality

  • Provide caregiver training and lead care coordination with families
  • Monitor billable utilization for yourself and supervisees
  • Deliver direct therapy and ensure supervision best practices
  • Review data and session notes for accuracy and integrity
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments and documentation
  • Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA graduate students
  • Provide BACB-approved fieldwork supervision
  • Lead internal trainings and mentor new staff
  • Conduct regular check-ins with behavior technician teams
  • Collaborate with cross-clinic teams to uphold service standards
  • Process & Program Development

  • Contribute to clinic policies, procedures, and program evaluation
  • Create and deliver training programs using evidence-based methods
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and clinic-wide meetings
  • Pursue continuing education and advanced professional development
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience (required)
  • Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and observational skills
  • Analytical, data-driven approach paired with empathy and collaboration
  • Commitment to ethical care, HIPAA compliance, and cultural competence
