🩺 Certifications :

BLS | ACLS | PALS | NIHSS ( TNCC preferred )

🔁 Floating :

Shared schedule w / Foothills (15-min drive), rare last-minute float

📊 Monitoring :

RN reads own tele; monitor tech also present

🏃‍♀️ Fast Track : 6 beds

👀 Triage : 2 areas, uses ESI

🚑 Holds : Intermixed in ER

🧠 Psych : No seclusion rooms

🛡️ Security : In-house 24 / 7

🧾 Common Cases : All emergency needs

💉 Common Drips : ICU gtts (ICU assists if able)

Varied starts – 7, 10, 11, 12, 1, 3

Modified self-scheduling

📆 Weekends : 4 shifts per 4-week block

🎄 Holidays : 2 of 5 (includes eves)

👕 Scrubs : Navy Blue

🎓 Orientation :

1 day NEO | 1 day Clinical / EPIC | 1 day on floor

🧾 Cancellation Policy :

Client may cancel hours equal to weekly guaranteed hours (36 / 40 / 48) for 13-week assignments; doubled for 26-week
