As a Case Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the client journey, ensuring every personal injury case moves forward with care and precision. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing updates, empathy, and clarity
- Schedule medical appointments, evaluations, and expert consultations through Filevine
- Track case milestones, document key developments, and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct bilingual intakes and assist in translating documents and client communications
- Coordinate transportation to appointments when needed
- Manage medical records workflows and follow-ups via Arctrieval What Success Looks Like :
- Client Onboarding : New cases fully onboarded in Filevine within 48 hours
- Communication Cadence : Client check-ins every 14 days for the first 90 days, then monthly
- Task Completion : 90%+ on-time execution of tasks, deadlines, and document workflows
- Translation Accuracy : 98%+ error-free bilingual communications
- Client Experience : High satisfaction and case progress with minimal friction Qualifications :
- Are fluent in English and Spanish , with exceptional communication in both languages
- Have high emotional intelligence and can support clients with empathy and tact
- Are detail-oriented, organized , and able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
- Have 2+ years’ experience in personal injury or legal case management (preferred but open to training)
- Are comfortable using case management software and the MSFT suite of products (Filevine experience is a big plus) Compensation : $20 - $30 hourly
