We are seeking full-time real estate experts ready to elevate their careers.

Whether you are a seasoned expert or a passionate newcomer, we provide the structure, systems, and support necessary to thrive in a high-volume environment. Our agents typically close 2–3 transactions per month within their first 60 days on the team.

Your Role

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound lead opportunities
  • Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and listing appointments
  • Guide clients through the offer, negotiation, and closing process
  • Maintain accurate lead and transaction activity within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team leadership and peers to continuously enhance performance

    • Requirements

  • Active California Real Estate License
  • Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with online leads or a desire to master lead conversion systems
