Job descriptionKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Word). Task oriented and self-motivated, able to function without direct supervision. Excellent organizational skills, able to effectively handle multiple ongoing tasks. Work effectively as part of team or independently. Well-developed independent judgment and problem solving. Excellent written / verbal communication and positive interpersonal skills.
Position Summary :
This is a unique position that spans a variety of accounting, customer service, investigative, and analytical work. The selected candidate will join a highly experienced team and will be thoroughly trained and supervised.
Essential Job Functions :
- Assist in daily administration and customer service on a specialized global database used to manage company utility cost and consumption. Primary tasks will focus on North America.
- Work directly for the UBM Systems Specialist and will coordinate with an off shore (Brazil) processing team, local Accounts Payable team, Accountants, Location Managers, Suppliers, and Internal Engineers.
- Assist in creating various reports and drafting communications and presentations.
