Pay : $45.00 - $62.00 per hour

Our clinic provides occupational, speech, and physical therapy services in a supportive, collaborative, and family-centered environment. We are dedicated to empowering children and their families with the tools they need to thrive-at home, at school, and in the community.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. The OT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs including sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, executive functioning, feeding, and play-based development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide direct therapy sessions in a play-based, neuro-affirming, child-centered approach
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in EMR system
• Participate in professional development and community engagement
