Monday-Friday needs 3-4 12 hour shifts

Case Mix included : ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Ortho, Podiatry, Healthy Peds, robotic procedures, URO and Vascular (no CT or Neuro)

Level III Trauma Facility

Medically supervised

Temp privs possible.

EMR : EPIC

Requirements of the CRNA role :

WA license, active and unrestricted

BC- CRNA

ACLS & DEA
