Our highly qualified BluePearl Tacoma team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, available 24 / 7. We specialize in emergency medicine, dentistry, neurology, oncology, radiology & diagnostic imaging, and surgery. With two Neurologists and two Critical Care Specialists on-site, our 16,000-square-foot facility is equipped with an on-site MRI and CT scanner, marking our distinction as the first private practice in Washington to perform MRIs on veterinary patients. Additionally, we offer a range of advanced equipment, including arthroscopy, ultrasound, and a fully equipped intensive care unit.

We take pride in providing surgical mentorship, and our ER Clinicians have the opportunity for primary surgical case management, covering common ER surgeries such as enterotomies, splenectomies, C-sections, GDV, pyometra, and more. You possess the qualifications : A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.

You're officially certified : Holding a valid state veterinary license

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus :

Average Base + Production Compensation Range : $160,000-$250,000

Relocation Assistance

Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000

No Non-Compete Clause

This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and / or hospital.
