Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator located in Auburn, AL. The Project Estimator will be responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and managing budgets. Daily tasks include reviewing project plans, gathering necessary data, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines throughout project planning and execution. You will be working alongside owners daily for a confident and accurate scope of our daily roles in the community in which we live.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
• Familiarity with Trimble Business Systems Aka Bid 2 Win software and others is a huge plus.
• Strong expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Effective Communication skills to interact with teams and clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate and detailed calculations
• Experience in the construction or related industries is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Our Coverage area is from $500 to 15million dollar projects and larger
• JLD has created a vast scope of works that it performs within 1-50 miles of Auburn, Al.
