Customer Relations Associate

As a Customer Relations Associate, you will listen, advise, and problem solve while identifying areas where you can retain customers & secure new customers. In addition, the Customer Relations Associate will actively engage consumers to sell our client's products and services.

Duties :

Engage customers by building rapport and initiating interactions

Explain products and services to customers

Enter and process customer orders

Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Generate interest in new customers and assist with retaining current customers

Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction on various products and services to customers

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong communication skills – building rapport quickly, active listening, and confidence in what you're saying

Reliable transportation to arrive at work on-time consistently

Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail

Displaying a high-energy personality
