The Minecraft Online team is looking for a Software Engineer II to help build the engine and systems that power a diverse set of Minecraft Online E xperiences over a dozen platforms. As a Software Engineer in this area, you will define architecture, evaluate requirements, estimate development, and integrate high quality features into our products. You will be responsible for empowering our internal developers and our creator partners to deliver amazing experiences to our players.
You will work with peers across disciplines ( Engineering , Design, Production, and Quality) to build robust features on a predictable schedule. Identifying technological opportunities for improvements will be critical in the success of the role. Successful candidates will be able to collaborate with and guide other engineers to deliver features.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
