About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional perioperative care in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile

Assist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field

Monitor patient status throughout the surgical process and respond to any changes in condition

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and patient responses

Collaborate with pre-op and post-op teams to ensure seamless patient care

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications :

Current RN license in the state of [State]

Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience (ambulatory surgery center experience preferred)

BLS and ACLS certification required

Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
