Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.For more detailed information, pleaseclick here.Work Schedule : (27.5 Hours Weekly)Monday-Friday 1 : 00pm-6 : 30pm with Rotating weekends and holidays Location : Valdosta, GA Expected Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentNo relative experience required; 1-2 years preferred.Previous medical or production experience is a plusComfortable handling biological specimensAbility to accurately identify specimensExperience working in a team environmentStrong data entry and organizational skillsHigh level of attention to detailProficiency in MS OfficeAbility to lift up to 40lbs.Ability to pass a standardized color-blind testJob Duties / Responsibilities : Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areasAccurately identify and label specimensPack and ship specimens to proper testing facilitiesMeet department activity and production goalsProperly prepare and store excess specimen samplesData entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerResolve and document any problem specimensPrepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testingAre you organized, accountable, and have always gone the extra mile to make sure things are done right?
