Pay : $35–$42 / hour (DOE)

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) , you'll bring skilled, compassionate care directly into patients' homes-making a meaningful difference every day.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Perform assessments, develop and update individualized care plans

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and caregivers

Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and home care techniques

Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in our EMR system  HomeCare HomeBase Platform!

Participate in on call rotation

Consistent weekday schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM + rotating on-call

What We're Looking For

Active Colorado RN license (required)

Home health experience preferred , but we're happy to train the right candidate

Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current insurance

A compassionate heart and commitment to high-quality, person-centered care
